Tafadzwa is a highly motivated Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Research Specialist with a wealth of experience working for various NGOs and Research Institutes. She has more than 18 years of progressive professional experience in research, project management, monitoring, learning, and evaluation in Zimbabwe, Southern African region, with advanced expertise in community and national-based project management. Have experience in designing and managing MEL systems for organizations. Experience in developing and conducting capacity-building initiatives, managing and coordinating projects, and providing technical advisory to partners and members in strategic and program planning and capacity development in project management, monitoring, and evaluation. Benefitting from a thorough knowledge of program monitoring and evaluation, management and reporting requirements of major international and reporting, partner coordination, data management, data equality assessments, design monitoring systems, program performance design and tracking, and project compliance management. A feminist who believes in participatory, simplified, and adaptative MEL systems.
