Francesca Alice is an international development consultant, specialising in participatory, integrated approaches to monitoring, evaluation, learning and research, and most importantly, demystifying ‘M&E’ and making it accessible for colleagues, partners and program participants. Currently based in South Africa, she has been working with regional organisations in the Asia-Pacific, Southern and East Africa regions for nearly 15 years.
